Chelsea Stoll has spent more than 15 years in the Human Resources and Leadership space at large companies like General Mills and The University of Iowa, and smaller, start-ups. She has found that the leadership and business principles used by many companies are not serving their employees or business operations. She set out to find a method of leading where both human connection and business goals are intertwined. She believes that the intersection between human connection and business operations is where the magic happens!
Daniel is an educator in both training and passion. Before coming to Compassion Theory, Daniel taught high school science and photography in New York State as well as university courses in Anthropology. He believes that education, when done well, helps us to name the root of our problems, to dream big and put creative solutions into practice, and to build relationships that sustain us when the going gets tough.
